Une petite tartelette à la moutarde, recipe courtesy of Dorie Greenspan’s Around My French Table, made by MF courtesy of participation in French Fridays with Dorie. A savory tart (think quiche) with carrots, leeks, rosemary, and mustard mixed into the custard base, all that needs to be said about this is that it was spectacular! Bon weekend, tout le monde!

Spectacular is right! Loved this!
And now I want a mini-tart pan, too. What else can I justify buying for my kitchen? Hm…
It looks lovely…
So cute! Good idea to make a mini one!
Great idea-making for one…your photo looks great!
Aren’t mini’s just the best? There’s so much less pressure than the “big guy tart pans”. :) It’s a beautiful tart – you should be proud of this one!
I made mine as a square tart but a mini tart sounds like a wonderful idea. I love individual servings and your tart simply looks splendid!
Ooooh, so cute! It looks delish :)
So cute in a mini version! The only thing I wouldn’t like is that there isn’t enough tart to eat. Unless of course you made more than one mini :) A mini for each person or maybe 2 per person sounds right! I LOVED the taste of this tart.
This is adorable. :-)
